非常榮幸登上了 「Cross Cultures Conversations 」!
Cross Cultures by Cheryl Tiu 是我有才華的朋友、國際飲食圈知名意見領袖 Cheryl Tiu 創辦的跨文化平台,過去舉辦了許多有意義的飲食文化交流活動,不僅把米其林或世界五十最佳餐廳主廚帶到菲律賓,也把菲律賓餐飲人才帶到海外。因應COVID-19疫情,Cheryl在Cross Cultures平台上開啟了新系列「Cross Cultures Conversations」,表彰餐飲界中具有啟發性的女性,我很榮幸獲選為其一!
這篇專訪提到我成立「美食家的自學之路」、Taster 美食加 的過程,疫情中台北的生活,以及我最喜歡台灣/台北的地方。

My talented friend and international influencer Cheryl Tiu founded Cross Cultures as a platform to bring together food and people from different regions of the world. In the midst of COVID-19, Cheryl started Cross Cultures Conversations to highlight inspiring women in the F&B community. I feel so honored to be listed among them!
In this interview, I mentioned how I started my two platforms, Self-taught Gourmet and Taster, life in Taipei since the outbreak of COVID-19, and what I love about Taiwan.
